Yes. All fragrances offered at Fragculture are sourced from trusted suppliers and are guaranteed to be authentic.
What type of fragrances do you sell?
Fragculture curates a range of fragrances from around the world. We are currently starting with Middle Eastern perfumes, known for their richness and longevity, and will gradually expand into French and other global fragrance houses.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as bank transfer and card payments across Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 6-7 working days, depending on your location.
How long do your perfumes last?
Longevity varies depending on the fragrance and skin chemistry. However, many Middle Eastern fragrances are known for strong projection and long-lasting performance, often lasting several hours.
Can perfumes smell different on different people?
Yes. A fragrance can smell slightly different on each person because of individual skin chemistry, body temperature, and environment.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us with a proof of the item damaged or incorrect within 24 hours of delivery.
